Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the $995 wedding package?
The Simple Ceremony comes with a professional officiant, location coordination, and marriage license filing. It's perfect if you're bringing your own photographer or just want an intimate moment, no extras — just the two of you.
How much does photography cost?
Our photography packages start at $1,395. That gets you 30 minutes of professional photography, planned by me (Alisha) — and since I'm a photographer too, every detail of your day is built around getting amazing shots. Your full gallery comes back in weeks, not months.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! Up to 36 months. Just 35% down to reserve your date, and the balance is due 30 days before your ceremony.
How are you different from other Gatlinburg elopement companies?
A few ways. I'm a professional photographer myself, so I plan every elopement with the photos in mind from the very start — most coordinators don't. I'm also born and raised in East Tennessee, which means you get a local with insider knowledge of the best spots, the best lighting, and the best timing. No guessing, no generic locations.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
We've planned over 1,000 elopements and rain doesn't scare us. I always tell my brides — if you don't like the forecast, wait 5 minutes, it'll probably change. Our photographers know how to make rain look beautiful, and we'll shift timing or pull out umbrellas if we need to. Sometimes the moodiest weather makes the most stunning photos.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season — fall foliage and spring blooms — I recommend 3 to 6 months out.
When will we receive our photos?
Your complete gallery is delivered within 4 weeks. (Not months, like a lot of companies.) You'll get every edited image with a print release, so you can print and share them anywhere you want.
What locations do you offer?
We specialize in the most beautiful spots in the Smokies — from the iconic Foothills Parkway to hidden corners of Cades Cove. Every location is professionally scouted, and we handle permits whenever they're required.
Can we bring guests?
Absolutely! Our packages can accommodate up to 40 guests. Whether it's just the two of you or your closest family and friends, we'll make sure everyone feels part of the day.
Is this considered a Gatlinburg wedding?
Yes! A lot of couples think of their elopement or intimate ceremony as their Gatlinburg wedding — just without the stress, the guest list pressure, or the big venue.
